COVID-19 Clinic Policy

Be assured that our number one priority is the health and safety of our patients, staff and practitioners. We are following Government guidelines and have a put many measures in place including:

​

• Hand sanitizing station in entrance

• Sanitization procedures before/after patients and for POS machine

• Less seating in waiting room

Important Patient Information

All patients, companions, and staff must be masked at all time while staying in clinic. It is mandatory. 

To keep the number of people in the clinic to a minimum and maintain social distancing we ask that patients:

• Attend the clinic alone if possible

• Do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment (if you are early, we ask that you wait in your vehicle until 5 minutes prior to your appointment time)

• Stay 6 feet apart

To keep everyone safe, we also ask that you contact us to reschedule if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, have been in contact with anyone that has symptoms, or have traveled outside of Ontario within the last 14 days.
